1. How do I place my order?

Placing your order with us is very simple! Browse to choose a card design from our catalogue, add the personalization details, choose the number of cards you wish to order and add to shopping cart. Repeat the process to select more cards. Fill your shipping address complete the payment & checkout process. We will send you email confirmation and our support team would call you in 48 hours with the card to verify the proof. Once you confirm the proof, we shall print and deliver to you shipping address.

2. How does Artist Maya Cards deliver my order?

We carefully print, handle your cards and ship them to the delivery address registered by you on your website at the time of placing your order.

3. How do I personalize my card?

It is really simple. Select the design you like and fill in the “Personalize” box. To add photos to the card, upload pictures into your photo tray and drag & drop them into the given place. It is quite simple.

4. How do I upload my photos?

You can upload photos one by one or in bulk. Simply click on the “Upload Photos” button belwo the ‘personalization’ box. Your file folders will automatically be shown and you can pick one or more photo files to upload to your Artist Maya Cards account. We’ll save up to 10 photos in your account. We accept .jpg, .png and .gif image files. High resolution photos that are larger than 500kb look better on your printed cards.

6. How do I pay you? Do you accept cash on delivery?

Since we deliver traditional cards, we require payment before we print your cards. We accept all major credit and debit cards and support net banking. You can also visit our store and pay.

7. What is your return policy?

Since we make personalized cards, we cannot accept returns. However, to ensure 100% satisfaction, if there are quality issues or delivery issues with the cards we specially make for you, we are happy to work with and address. We require you to return the original items so that we understand what went wrong and how to improve our fulfilment process in the future.

8. Can I see a sample before placing my order?

Presently, you can review the proof based on your details submitted or sent via email.

9. When will I receive my order?

We guarantee nationwide delivery (All over India, excluding Jammu & Kashmir, North-Eastern states and locations outside India), within two weeks. In case of urgent requirements, expedited delivery would work faster.

10. How can I cancel my order?
